Whether you are buying printed packaging for the first time or you've been using these products for a while - we're here to help you get the perfect print and products for your needs. This is a breakdown of what you can expect from us.
Dedicated Account Manager
Once you complete your order online, one of our team will be in touch to talk you through your products, delivery and artwork. Our team have over 20 years of experience with printed packaging, and we're always on the end of the phone to answer any questions you may have.
Lead Time & Delivery
These bags are manufactured in the UK which means we can offer fast delivery times. Our standard delivery time is 4 weeks from approval artwork and your order, though if you have a specific date or need a Fast track delivery, then let your Account Manager know and we'll share your options with you.
Artwork & Proofs
This can be the trickiest part of buying printed packaging, we understand that most business owners are not graphic designers! With that in mind, you can rest assured we'll make sure your artwork is print perfect before anything goes to press. If your artwork is not print ready, we'll redraw it free of charge, and once it is, we'll provide you digital proofs to approve. Nothing goes to print until you are 100% happy.
If I don't like the bags?
Whilst this rarely happens, we want to make sure that you are 100% happy with the final product, and so offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not totally happy, then simply send the products back and we'll give you a full refund or offer you an alternative solution.
Environmentally Friendly Options
We endeavour to make sure that all of our printed packaging options are as eco-friendly as possible, or have eco-friendly alternatives that you can opt for. From recycled and recyclable papers, degradable and bio-degradable polythene and water based inks and varnishes, the choices are numerous. Speak to your Dedicated Account Manager who'll happily talk you through all of your options.

Used by all the major supermarkets and other retail outlets, grocers and market stalls vest style bags are machine manufactured, so they offer outstanding value for money and are undoubtedly the cheapest bags on the market. We now offer a degradable film and better still, biodegradable film as an option to all of our clients.

Lead Times
Our minimum order starts from only 100 bags on the products we carry in stock. On orders of over 250 bags we can fully customise every option.
4 to 6 weeks depending on artwork and size
Minimum Order Quantity
Our usual delivery time for bags that print in the UK is only 3 weeks. For large quantities and fully bespoke bags made in Asia, the lead times are about 10 weeks. Can be printed from a minimum of 5,000 bags.
Colour Options
In the UK we can print in up to 10 colours ontop of our natural cotton bags. If you want something more unique, speak to one of our Packaging Consultants about the options available. There is a range of standard stock colours available to print on, please call sales to discuss. 1-2 spot colours if they are printed in the UK and a 4 colour process if they are imported

Origin
We source our goods from multiple locations including the UK, Europe, Indian sub-continent and the Far East. These paper bags are most commonly manufactured in the UK and Italy.
Sizing
For larger runs that are being manufactured bespoke, a number of sizing options are available above and beyond our stock sizes, please contact our Packaging Consultants to discuss your options further.
