How do I change my personal details?

You can change your personal details through your account page when you log in, or click on My Account in the top right-hand corner of the page.

How often will you send out newsletters?

We will send out a newsletter only to those who have opted to receive one. It will contain details of new products, offers, news, and any other changes at Carrier Bag Shop. These newsletters are sent only when there is something worth sharing, and you will not receive more than one per week.

I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?

Don’t worry, you can still get the items you want. Click on Please Login in the top right-hand corner of the site to go to the login page. From there, click the Forgotten your password? link, enter your email address, and request a password reset.

How do I change my password?

Once you have logged in, click on My Account in the top right-hand corner of the website. You will then have the option to change your password.

Where can I view my past orders?

Once you have logged in, click on My Account in the top right-hand corner of the website. Select View Past Orders to see your previous orders.

Please note that, following our website upgrade, you will only be able to view orders placed since January 2009.
